When maintaining the integrity of the ball finish in a corrosive environment is important, choose from our quality stainless steel balls, which are being manufactured for such applications as bearings, bicycle parts, casters and wheels, etc. Stainless Steel balls that we are manufacturing are in general classified into two representative groups viz., high chrome (martensitic) and high chrome-nickel (austenitic) stainless steels.

Martensitic Stainless Steel Balls
The stainless steel (>12% Cr) of this type is used with the martensitic balls when the desired corrosion resistance is rather inferior, but better mechanical properties are required as compared with the austenitic stainless steel. This feature makes them especially useful for ball bearings and valve applications.

Austenitic Stainless Steel Balls
The non-magnetic high chrome-nickel stainless steel with the austenite structure shows no quench hardenability. However, it is featured with high toughness, good corrosion resistance and remarkable mechanical properties at high and low temperature. The balls made of them are widely used for valves and the related equipments.
