• Develop a system based organization where each individual will be encouraged to participate & share his ideas for the benefit of company.

• We strive to achieve continuous improvement through a sequential process of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and other quality tools.

• Develop key methods to identify the defects at early stages, facilitating their preventive & corrective actions.

• Human Resource is the key input. Regular training to be given to all the employees about their respective tasks & other tasks performed in organization.

Environment Policy

Control pollution, save resource, promote utilization and build 'BAJRANG' into an ecological iron and steel enterprise.

Pollution will be strictly controlled in the whole process right from purchasing raw material, fuel, equipment and other goods to product manufacturing and outward shipping. Great efforts will be made to lessen the environment burden in activities at different stages, hence pushing clean production.
